Event details
The tournament will be held for the first time in the Asian continent, in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Additionally, it was announced that the event will last three weeks, from August 1st to August 25th.
Although this will be the first time the world championship reaches Asia, international events have already been held on this continent in the past. Riot intends to bring the best Valorant to every corner of the world, as evidenced by the inclusion of events in Tokyo, Japan, and Shanghai, China, during this season.
