Blizzard Entertainment has announced the rewards for Season 11 of Overwatch 2, titled “Super Mega Ultrawatch,” which begins on June 20. In this new season, players will have the chance to unlock a variety of rewards through the premium battle pass, including mythical and legendary skins, new cosmetics, and challenges.

1. Mythical Skins and Visual Enhancements

The highlight of this season is the Empress of Calamities Ashe skin, obtainable with 50 mythical prisms. This skin features enhanced visual effects, including a diabolic summoning circle in her ultimate and a magical rune.

Players can customize Ashe with three different configurations. Alongside Ashe, her loyal sidekick BOB has also gained power, and it’s up to Ultrawatch to stop them.

2. New Mythical Weapon Skins

Season 11 introduces a new type of cosmetic: mythical weapon skins. These skins come with exclusive visual and sound effects and can be equipped on any skin of the corresponding hero. An example is the Demon Bound Reinhardt weapon skin, available starting July 23.

Players can unlock this base skin with 50 prisms and access additional levels for 10 more prisms, which include a weapon flourish emote and elimination visual effects.

3. Premium Battle Pass Content

The premium battle pass for Season 11 includes:

  • Up to 80 mythical prisms
  • Five legendary skins
  • Epic Lifeguard Lúcio skin
  • 500 credits
  • Additional rewards such as memories, weapon charms, victory poses, highlight intros, and emotes

5. Celebrating 100 Million Players

Blizzard will celebrate reaching 100 million players by bringing back the Pink Mercy skin and introducing a new Rose Gold Mercy pack. All proceeds from these skins will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. These skins will be available in the store starting June 25.

6. Community Creations and Challenges

The Community Creation mode returns this season, featuring contributions from popular Overwatch 2 creators such as Emongg, TQQ, Custa, and Eskay. They have worked on ideas to improve different hero roles, from tanks to supports. These proposed changes will be available when Season 11 launches.

Players can participate in a series of event challenges to kickstart their progress in the Season 11 battle pass. Playing up to 40 matches will allow players to earn the Aztec Sombra pack, which includes a legendary skin, a player card, and a spray. They can also gain up to 40,000 XP towards the battle pass.


7. Twitch Drops

Exclusive Twitch Drops created by the community will be available from June 20 to 24 and June 25 to 30. Players can earn cosmetics by watching Overwatch 2streams on Twitch during these periods.

8. New Push Map: Runasapi

Season 11 introduces a new push map, Runasapi, set in a hidden village in the Peruvian Andes. This map will offer new strategic opportunities and challenges for players.


9. Hero Updates and Weekly Challenge Changes

The season also brings improvements for various heroes and changes to the weekly challenges. These adjustments aim to make it easier for players to earn rewards and complete challenges according to their schedules.
