Woro2k keeps his word to defeat s1mple on the CS:GO servers. The two players met again at the BLAST Paris Major in a heated battle, where Monte defeated NAVI.
This last CS:GO Major has been full of exciting matches; one was the duel between Monte and NAVI. Monte has defeated NAVI leaving this important team on the verge of elimination.
Dispute between Woro2k and s1mple
Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyljev and Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletnjuk in the last match on the CS:GO servers before the Paris Major experienced an important and close battle. However, s1mple, on that occasion, came out victorious, and Woro2k promised that he would one day destroy his rival.
That confrontation happened in the grand final of Kinguin Legends 2022, a showmatch competition where they were competing for more than $50K. In that final, s1mple and his team defeated Woro2k’s team 2-1; after finishing the tournament, things got a bit tense between the two players, and there was a small discussion on Twitter.
In said discussion, s1mple told Woro2k that you are stupid and that he should start getting better at the game. After that, Woro2k vowed that the next time they faced each other, he wouldn’t have the same luck s1mple.
Take away your Ego, because the time will come when I will destroy you in tournaments, yes, maybe not for the first time, but it will come)

Woro2k and s1mple meet again at the Paris Major
Almost a year has passed since Woro2k and s1mple faced each other; however, both teams had to fight at the Major de Paris. But this time, Woro2k came to the game with an additional motivation to keep their word.
This last encounter was experienced in the Legends phase of the Major de Paris, where Monte could easily defeat NAVI. Due to that NAVI defeat, the team is in danger of elimination from the Major; possibly, NAVI will have to face G2 Esports or FaZe shortly.

Monte’s step in the Major de Paris
Monte has arrived at the Major de Paris to prove they can win the championship. It is important to note that this is the first LAN tournament of this level for the young team; many people doubted the team’s capabilities and thought they would not even advance from the Challengers phase.
However, they have given a surprise to all those people who doubted them, as they qualified among the first eight teams for the legends phase. They have achieved all this despite not having their coach with them. Sergey “lmbt” Bezhanov has been unable to travel to Paris due to Ukraine’s travel restrictions due to the armed conflict with Russia.
Monte is undoubtedly a team that is leaving everything in each of its matches. As a result, Monte joins Heroic and Vitality as the third team to advance to the championship phase.
