Upcoming Changes to PS Plus: Key Titles Departing in December

December 2023 brings notable changes to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game lineup. A selection of popular titles will be departing from the service, including:

  • Yakuza 6: The Song of Life
  • Yakuza: Like a Dragon
  • Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor
  • Middle-earth: Shadow of War

These departures are especially significant considering the imminent release of “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth” set for January 26, 2024. Gamers have until December 19, 2023, to enjoy these games before they’re removed from the service.

Additional titles leaving PS Plus are:

  • Caladrius Blaze
  • Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo HD Edition
  • El Hijo – A Wild West Tale
  • Foreclosed
  • Friday the 13th
  • Legends of Ethernal
  • The Escapists 2

New Additions to PS Plus

To balance these departures, PlayStation has introduced a fresh batch of games available for PS Extra and Premium members:

  • River City Melee Mach!! (PS4)
  • Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen (PS4)
  • Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme vs. Maxi Boost On (PS4)
  • Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi (PS4)
  • Dead Island: Riptide (PS4)
  • Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz (PS4)
  • Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising (PS4/PS5)
  • Superliminal (PS4/PS5)

Premium members also gain access to exclusive classic titles like PaRappa the Rapper 2, Up, Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series, Grandia, and Jet Moto.
