Now let’s talk about the most intriguing matchups in the legends phase of the BLAST.tv Major in Paris.

G2 Esports vs. Team Vitality: The host team kicks off the competition

Team Vitality will make its debut at the Paris Major after having to wait a few days. The home team, the favorite for the championship, will debut at the Paris Major in an exciting showdown.

Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut’s team debuts against G2, another major contender in the Major. The Samurai started strong in Paris, with a fantastic 3-0 win. Ilya Osipov, better known as “m0NESY”, G2’s little star, was at a great level in this unmissable duel, which could be the spoiler of one of the final duels of the Major.

In addition to this great battle, the legends phase will feature other notable bouts. One will be the clash between Fnatic and Ninjas in Pyjamas; what used to be the legendary Swedish duel of several Majors will now be a duel between combined European teams.

Finally, Heroic vs. FaZe Clan will be the other unmissable match. Another best-of-one duel could serve as a preview of a future Major semifinal or championship match. It promises to be one of the most closely contested clashes because both teams arrive with airs of greatness.
