As expected, afro has left HEET and is returning to LDLC OL. His former team has to reorganize itself without two or even three of its players.

The announcement was expected since the first rumors a week ago. At that time it was announced that the French structure HEET was in financial problems, and several players were therefore on the way out, released for the coming season. It is now confirmed, the player Aurélien “afro” Drapier is back at LDLC OL. The 23-year-old AWPer had left the club in December 2020 to join The Dice and then Double Pony.

Member of HEET for one season, he had notably won the ESL in France at the fall split. A title he had already obtained with LDLC in winter 2020. Back in his former club, he will take the place of Diviiii who is going the opposite way since he is placed on the bench while waiting for the end of his contract. afro joins Graviti, Brooxsy and AMANEK with the objective of reinforcing the structure involved in the ESL Challenger League S44 Europe. The team will play in February against Endpoint.

On the HEET side, after the departure of bodyy and afro, JACKZ could be the third to leave the structure. According to the rumors of 1pv, which had already announced the transfer of afro, Audric “JACKZ” Jug will soon leave the team, and will be replaced by Lucky, currently on the bench. The new in-game leader would then become AWPer Bryan “Maka” Canda of the Falcons.
