Aurora Enlists Satanic as Stand-in for 23savage at Elite League

6. April 2024 by Never

In an unexpected turn of events, the esports organization Aurora, based in Malaysia and operating a predominantly Southeast Asian Dota 2 roster, has been compelled to make a roster change during the latter stages of the ongoing Swiss Stage at Elite League.

Earlier today, on April 4th, 2024, Aurora announced that Yellow Submarine’s carry and 16-year-old prodigy, Alan “Satanic” Galyamov (also known as Butterfly), will step in as the stand-in carry for the team while Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon returns to Thailand.

Unexpected Turn of Events

I’m not sure much of you know about Satanic, an upcoming prodigy rumoured to be signed by Team Spirit. He’s currently 15 Year Old and is hovering between rank 10 and 20 in the EU Leaderboards, which is roughly around 12K MMR. He has the potential to be the next SumaiL.

I was stalking his dota2protracker and came across his absurd win rate as Naga. He had a 90% win rate in his last 17 games, beating big names like Watson, Arteezy, Ceb etc.

I watched some of his replays & decided to create an educational video out of it. Naga is quite broken and will probably be nerfed to the ground tonight (7.34 Prayge) but there’s a lot to nerf from this little fella here.

This video covers pretty much everything you need to know about Naga Siren and other carry fundamentals.

I hope this is helpful & enjoyable for you guys. If you have any feedback or questions, do lmk in the comments, I’ll be more than happy to answer & learn from you guys as well.

Unraveling the Enigma: The Rise of Dota 2 Prodigy Alan ‘Satanic’ Galliamov

Alan “Satanic” Galliamov is a 15-year-old prodigy, whose identity is very vague. The young player is said to be a Russian who has been living in Vietnam for more than nine years, according to escorenews. He is mostly active on VK and has a solid presence in the livestreaming world, collecting more than 16K followers on Twitch.

There are also rumors that the two-time The International (TI) winning organization, Team Spirit, has signed Satanic on its “second team”. This team is likely the Yellow Submarine, the team that

Team Spirit signed in 2020. Satanic has also played for Yellow Submarine since late 2023, making appearances in the qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham qualifier, DreamLeague Season 22, and more.

Satanic’s Opportunity

Stepping into this high-pressure situation, Satanic replaces 23savage temporarily, who may rejoin the team on March 6th, provided Aurora qualifies for the next stage of Elite League.

Despite being just 16 years old, Satanic boasts an impressive resume, currently ranked fourth in the Dota 2 European Leaderboards, with previous stints at the top spot.

Potential Challenges

While Satanic/King Top 4 individual skills are undeniable, his lack of experience playing with a top-tier Dota 2 team may present challenges. However, his opportunity to showcase his talent on such a significant stage cannot be understated.

Emerging Talent: Satanic’s Opportunity to Shine in Dota 2

Although Satanic may not be widely recognized due to Yellow Submarine’s focus on the tier three Dota 2 scene, his stint as a stand-in for Aurora could be his breakthrough moment to demonstrate his prowess as a Dota 2 player.
